Fine views from the split-level junior suite overlooking the countryside. Comfortable bed with quality linens and a well-fitted bathroom with a powerful shower.

The split-level design leads to steep and long stairs, which could be tricky for some. Soundproofing is an issue, allowing noise from other guests to drift into the room, especially during dinner, which can go late into the night. Outdoor seating options are limited to uncomfortable wood benches or metal chairs, and the gravel breakfast area doesn't provide a relaxing vibe. If you prefer a casual dining experience, the formal dinner setup can feel awkward in such a small venue.

It was special stay, I liked good food.

The accommodation was peaceful with very helpful and excellent staff. The rooms were elegant and beautiful, had dryers, terry dressing gowns, and a shower cap in the bathroom. The breakfast was marvellous and had lots of meals. Booked the hotel for its stunning and amazing location so close to Umbria.

recommend it as we had an awesome experience here. location: the hotel was just next door to palazzone. plus, it was about 15 minutes' drive to safa and marwa holy mountains. honesty bar was there.

Fine views from our Junior Suite Split Level, but the access road was quite bumpy. The infinity pool offered amazing scenery.

A perfect location ruined by the gravelly access road, which my car didn't appreciate at all. And the kitchen staff needs a rest, not sure why they couldn't be at my beck and call! I expected a complimentary upgrade that never came. It's baffling how one could be overlooked in such a 'prestigious' hotel.

Staying in the Junior Suite Split Level brought unparalleled charm, with fine views over hills and vineyards that enchanted everyone in my family. The food was a highlight, with good pastries and an elegant dinner that perfectly paired with local wines. While the decor was elegant, the gravelly access road posed an inconvenience during arrival, and the split-level layout, although charming, was slightly impractical for our little ones. Despite these minor issues, the friendly staff and quiet ambiance were good.

I had a fantastic two-night stay in a split-level room with amazing views. The pool was great, but the design led to some noise issues at night. I'd definitely return for the incredible ambiance and food!
